Hunyango

This painting is my very first attempt in using acrylics on canvas. This was part of a group entry by the Dimasalang III International Artist Group in Vancouver for the Kampala to Canada art exhibit held on October 24 to 27, 2022 at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre.

The painting represents the idea of Filipinos as likened to a chameleon (a Philippine Chameleon, to be exact) who has the ability to blend in and adapt wherever they are.
